Thank you for choosing our coffee! These Shipping & Receiving Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the delivery of products purchased from our company (“we”, “our”, or “us”). As a Canadian-based business shipping domestically and to the United States, we are committed to transparency and excellent service in how your coffee is prepared, packed, shipped, and delivered.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will typically be processed the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer standard and expedited shipping options via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

United States: 3–10 business days, depending on customs and regional logistics
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance procedures.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.
Packaging & Delivery of Coffee (USA-Specific)
We take pride in delivering our coffee fresh and well-packaged. When shipping to the United States, we follow stringent standards to ensure product integrity across international borders.
Packaging Standards

All coffee is packed in sealed, degassed, food-safe bags to maintain freshness.

Packages are labeled in compliance with U.S. customs regulations and include all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, country of origin labeling, etc.).

Orders are packed using recyclable or compostable materials where possible, aligning with our sustainability commitments.
Customs & Duties
Our coffee is categorized as a food product and typically qualifies for duty-free treatment under the USMCA/CUSMA agreement. However:

U.S. customs may impose taxes or inspection delays, which are outside our control.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees.
We recommend reviewing U.S. customs policies for personal coffee imports before ordering.
Delivery Assurance
While we aim for timely and smooth delivery, factors such as customs inspection or weather events may impact timelines. If a shipment is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit:

Please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist in filing claims and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Receiving and Inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment upon arrival:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos and a brief description to help us resolve the issue quickly.

We may request that the original item be returned before a replacement is sent.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, coffee and other consumables are non-returnable once opened. However, if you are not satisfied due to error or damage, we are happy to work with you to resolve the matter.
Non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise or brewing equipment) may be eligible for return or exchange under separate terms.
